Elegant Tea Set Giveaway

Wow, this morning, I was blogging through Blogland and ran across a post about Mary @ Little Red House and her 500th post. Not only is that a momentous occasion, she is celebrating by giving away a wonderful silverplated tea set!!!!!!

I am blown away by the thought of owning this (a girl can dream).

I have spent hours and hours reading and looking at all the fabulous posts showcasing everyone's dishes and tea sets. I have to admit that I am totally in love with the prospect of owning one of my own someday. So, I am posting here and providing a link back to Mary's site to let everyone know about this great giveaway. So, click above (if I added the link correctly) and go over to look at this awesome offering. Then you can read Mary's rules for adding your name to the drawing for this tea set. Or, if you really, really don't need or want it---tell her to put my name in again!

Happy blogging! Congrats to Mary on all the posts and for providing us some wonderful eye candy AND a chance for one of us to win this beautiful set.

  1. Oh I know. That is a beautiful tea set. If I win I will tell her to send it to you. I hope you figure out Mr. Linky and I feel you will. I am not too swift on the computer myself. I don't always understand the terminology, or where to put what.Blessing and good luck on the tea pot.

  2. Hello Felecia! I'm so glad you discovered my party invitation and I'm thrilled you will be coming. To clarify, the costume is meant to be something you WISH you could dress up in. Something from a favorite movie, a previous era, or something a historical figure would wear. The idea is for us Gals to play make believe dress up. However, you could dress up at home for your own enjoyment! I however will be dressed for comfort, LOL! Just let me know if you need anything else from me and thanks for placing the invite on your sidebar. Have a wonderful Friday Felecia and thank you again for coming by Loveleigh Treasures.

P.S. You can use Google Images to locate images or specific costume dresses you might be interested in, that's how I found my dress. Just type in what you'd like to see and if you find something, save it to your computer.

  4. I have been thrifting lately and just got a huge silver plated bowl I can put fruit or flowers in. I also just got 2 tall silverplated candlesticks at a yardsale today, still in the box. I think the tea service would be a wonderful addition to these piecies.
